Sage Ireland wins Award for Best Customer Service Delivery 2010 at Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards

Sage Ireland, the leading international supplier of business management solutions, was awarded the Best Customer Service Delivery Award 2010 at this year’s Irish Contact Centre and Shared Services Awards with stiff competition from Diageo, Bord Gais, Paddy Power, Rabo Direct and SouthWestern. The award recognises and promotes best practice and acknowledges innovation and excellence within the contact centre industry.

The Award for Best Customer Service Delivery sought outstanding vision in managing customers and for outstanding quality of customer service and commitment to the customer. The Contact Centre Management Association (CCMA) measurement criteria included customer satisfaction, first call resolution, evidence of investment in technical skills and knowledge retention in addition to quality monitoring of service and staff.

“In selecting Sage as the winner of this award the judges noted the significant Sage’s proactive customer relationship management initiative which is aimed at enhancing the customer experience by highlighting service features to ensure the software is utilised fully and effectively,” explains Yvonne Keaveney, Chairperson of the Judging Panel. “Sage was the judges’ unanimous winner of the accolade ‘Best Customer Service Delivery Award’ as the innovative initiative proves that stronger relationships can always be developed and the results speak for themselves.”

Sage Ireland has a team of 43 people that manage and support over 28,000 customers across Ireland. The technicians are divided into teams and support Sage Accounts Production and Coretime, Sage CRM and Sage 200, Sage Payroll, Sage 50 and TAS.
