Commencing its operation in 1989, telecommunications company ITM
Cork Ltd are specialists in the design, installation, and
maintenance of integrated voice and data systems.
The Challenge:
ITM Cork recognised the need for something much more than the
very basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
they were already using, in order to help them meet customer
service needs, increase their productivity, provide higher service
levels, and handle anticipated future growth. And critically, it
needed to integrate with their existing Sage Accounting
software.
The Solution:
