About the Company

Techpart owner Sean Guinane noted that the company was facing a challenge in coordinating placed orders with follow-on installation and support capabilities.

“With our older legacy procedure, a customer would order a solution from us, but that order might not be communicated effectively to our Installation Engineers or Stores people. This could lead to late deliveries or out of stock situations – problems that affected our commitment to high customer service levels.

“I knew that we required a solution that would give us a single, end-to-end view of every customer order. We also required a new procedure that would provide us with instant access to valuable sales and management data, enabling us to manage our business more efficiently, with even higher levels of performance.”
