“With our older legacy procedure, a customer would order a
solution from us, but that order might not be communicated
effectively to our Installation Engineers or Stores people. This
could lead to late deliveries or out of stock situations – problems
that affected our commitment to high customer service levels.
“I knew that we required a solution that would give us a single,
end-to-end view of every customer order. We also required a new
procedure that would provide us with instant access to valuable
sales and management data, enabling us to manage our business more
efficiently, with even higher levels of performance.”

of SalesLogix in order to minimise any disruption to Techpart’s
workflow. The company also migrated data from legacy data systems,
provided Techpart staff with comprehensive training, and now
