Updates
This year, your PYE 2011 and 2012 Budget updates
will be provided through your software instead of posted to you on
CD.
Both the PYE 2011 & Budget 2012 updates for Micropay
Professional and Quickpay are available to download
now from your program's auto
updates and from the Sage website.
Note: it is important to
run the Budget 2012 installation before you process any pay in
2012. Otherwise statutory deduction rates will not include the
changes announced in Budget 2012.

P35 to ROS
file - For multiple payrolls on the same Tax

Number
If you have multiple payrolls that share the
same tax registration number within Micropay
Professional, you should create a consolidation
company. This will allow you to merge different payrolls
together for your P35 returns. You can only create a consolidation
company within Micropay Professional.

If you have multiple payrolls that share the same tax registration
number within Quickpay, make sure you
have entered the registration number into each of your
payroll's 'Company Details' tab. As once you try to
create the P35 to ROS file within one of your payrolls,
Quickpay will allow you to group together all payrolls that
share that same tax registration number.
